  • The firm supports four employee network groups, which offer support, advocacy, professional development and networking opportunities: the Hispanic Employee Network Group, the Women’s Network Group, the African-American Professionals Network, and the LIFE (Leadership Inspiring Full Equality) Group, a forum for gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgender employees.
  • Leadership at the top strives to include people with diverse backgrounds and perspectives. For example, in 2006, four of 16 members of the board of directors are women, and three of the 16 are African-American or Asian.
  • The company sponsors a variety of internal and external events that celebrate diversity and teamwork, such as the employee team for the Colorado Dragon Boat Festival, a showcase of pan-Asian culture that features dragon boat racing.
